Running in June

Here are my running totals for last week and for the month of June:

Last week:

Total miles: 52.3

Time spent running: 7:21:10

Average pace: 8:27/mi

June:

Total miles: 229

Time spent running: 32:35:54

Average pace: 8:33/mi

Also, I’ve been tracking my training on RunningAhead for exactly one year as of today, and in that year, I’ve run a total of 2180.9 miles. That works out to 318 hours 8 minutes 25 seconds of running! I had to take about 3 weeks off in February, too, when I was diagnosed with posterior tibial tendinitis. Anyway, I’m pretty pleased with that.

I haven’t been very good at posting lately; I’ve been sort of depressed, to be honest. I’m planning to write a bit about that tonight, and I’ll put up some recent photos, too, if I can find any good ones.
